It's a full leather binding using Clansman Goat skin from J. Hewit & Sons Ltd. in the UK. The fairy design was originally created by Jaana Bykonich, a graphic designer in Minneapolis, MN, and altered to suite the needs of this book. The design was done as leather onlay with goat skin.

The endsheets were purchased at Wet Paint in St. Paul, MN. They were imported from Thailand.

The binding was hand sewn with a cloth hinge.
